we learnt how to calculate and locate where the joists go and how many joists to use. learnt how to calculate the volume of the excavated holes, how much concrete to use and the types of piles is used. learnt about the different types of treated timber. laminating and putting together the last bearer and bracing the bearers. locating the building line and making sure the bearer is 30mm away from the building line, so we pushed the bearer untill it was 30mm away from the line and then braced it.
